When will my item ship?

Because each Pink Sheep Boutique product is made by hand, items will ship within seven business days. Most orders will ship out quicker if they are in stock. If you need your item before a certain date, please email us at thepinksheepboutique (at) gmail.com before you order to make sure we can accommodate your request. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service first class unless otherwise arranged. You will receive a tracking number when your package ships.

What about returns or exchanges?

While we hope that you love each item that you order, we understand that returns happen. Items purchased from the Pink Sheep Boutique may be returned within three days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and items must be received in unused condition within 14 days of original shipment. In the unlikely event that something is damaged during shipping, please contact the Pink Sheep Boutique within three days of receipt via email.

Do you have a physical store?

No, The Pink Sheep Boutique is an online and pop up shop. However, you can find our products as several brick and mortar locations around Connecticut. Please see our ABOUT page for more info.
